Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Aizue

At Aizue, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and order accuracy. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We primarily offer exchanges only.

An exchange can be requested if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or

  • The product received is incorrect as per the order placed

In such cases, the product will be exchanged for the same item.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are generally not allowed.

  • If a return request is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund amount will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

  • If the product delivered is correct and as per the order, the customer will bear all shipping charges (exchange or return).

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, Aizue will bear the shipping charges for the exchange.

Exchange / Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Product Condition

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Certain items such as innerwear or accessories (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please contact us at support@aizuestor.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or a video showing the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
